We offer a state-of-the-art laboratory facility designed with flexibility, high through-put, and data quality in mind. The new facility provides access to a large, refrigerated sample storage cooler, organized sample receipt room, spacious sample preparation /wet lab, and positively pressured instrumentation room for trace level quantitative analysis. The myriad services we provide are possible through the use of updated sample preparation equipment such as centrifuge, shaker tables, filtration apparatus, and highly accurate analytical balance. Many organic compounds can be measured using either high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) or gas chromatograph (GC). Other parameters can be determined using ion selective electrodes, UV-visible spectroscopy, or sugar analyzer. The facilities include a test kitchen that can be used to prepare foods such as French fries or other processed foods.
